Camille mainly works in Real Estate Taxation, both for companies and individuals.

She assists her clients on all their real estate issues: arbitration between the sale of securities and the sale of real estate assets, restructuring operations (mergers, capital contributions), analysis of issues related to the real estate wealth tax (IFI), as well as determination of the tax regime applicable to the acquisition of real estate (VAT, registration fees).

She also advises companies on all issues relating to the taxation of national or cross-border transactions (due diligence, tax structuring, restructuring operations), on the day-to-day management of their tax issues and during tax audits or disputes.
