Camille works mainly on corporate tax issues, with a focus on real estate taxation.

She advises companies on the full range of tax issues relating to domestic or cross-border transactions (due diligence, tax structuring, restructuring operations), on their day-to-day management of tax issues, and on tax audits and litigation.

Camille has developed particular expertise in issues relating to tax-exempt real estate vehicles (such as real estate investment trusts and their subsidiaries subject to the SIIC regime).
