After 7 years at KPMG Avocats, Fanny joined Arsene in 2026 as Manager. She holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Law and a Master’s degree in European Business Law, both from the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris II). She practices as a member of the Paris Bar.

Its activity is mainly dedicated to customs law (customs valuation, preferential origin, determination and implementation of customs procedures, compliance and security of procedures) as well as indirect taxation and excise law, particularly applicable to energy products, alcohol and tobacco.

In particular, she has developed a solid expertise in applicable environmental regulations
international trade, including the carbon adjustment mechanism
(CBAM) and the European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
