Hugo joined Arsene in January 2020 and regularly assists national and international groups operating in the audiovisual, industrial and personal services sectors with the day-to-day tax management of their activities, restructuring operations and tax audits.

The firm also provides transactional services to investment funds and management/employee investors:

• Tax audit and structuring of acquisition or financing operations;
• Structuring of management packages; and
• Employee shareholding.

Hugo also advises family groups, executives and entrepreneurs on wealth tax issues. In
particular, he has developed experience in Dutreil pacts. He also assists clients with their
income tax filing obligations.
