Adrien Botella began his career at Arsene after successfully completing Bar school in September 2018.

Adrien has acquired expertise in corporate taxation for national and international groups, particularly in the distribution and construction sector, which he assists on a daily basis in the context of internal restructurings but also on various tax issues.

His activity also includes a transactional dimension with investment funds or management
investors in the following missions:

• Tax Due Diligence / Vendor Tax Due Diligence ;
• Structuring ;
• Modelling of the tax impacts of various investment structures;
