Paul advises investment funds and operating companies on both private equity and M&A transactions (assistance with operational tax issues, structuring acquisitions and equity transactions, tax due diligence on purchase or sale). Paul is also involved in tax audits and tax litigation.
In addition, he regularly assists individual shareholders, family shareholders or founders and/or company executives in all types of transactions (LBOs, acquisitions, disposals, capital restructuring and financing, etc.).
He is involved in many international transactions with the support of local Taxand network correspondents.
