Our Transfer Pricing and Business Structuring team is composed of twenty expert attorneys and economists, who work hand in hand with the 120 experts of our Taxand network. Our scope includes:
- Transfer pricing policies and flow structuring design within corporations, tailored to each company’s needs, for daily and exceptional operations;
- Economic analysis in order to justify flow compensation (comparables search/benchmarking study, profit allocation analysis) and intercompany asset transfer (valuation);
- Documentation to enable policy justification based on French and international regulation as well as compliance work (country-by-country reporting and streamlined documentation);
