VAT & Indirect Tax

Our team has acquired extensive experience and expertise in VAT and various indirect tax issues (payroll tax, C3S, other taxes on products and services).

We have worked with national, European, and international clients operating in a wide range of fields (luxury goods, energy, real estate, pharmaceuticals, banking, retail, transportation, IT, etc.). Our experience has enabled us to advise businesses on tax management pertaining to flows of goods and services (VAT management / payroll tax in corporations, management of VAT exoneration for financial entities, implementation of VAT grouping).

We also support businesses in their VAT filing requirements, including for specific regulatory contexts: French Overseas Departments, travel agents, real estate VAT, banking and financial operations, discounts, subsidies, local authorities, public institutions, etc.

Additionally, our team has developed specific expertise in the setup of IT systems for VAT management.
